Annaatthe marks the first collaboration between Rajinikanth and Siva and it is said to be huge one since the filmmaker is a superhit director and has given some phenomenal hits in the past. Siva’s directorial Viswasam clashed with Rajinikanth’s last release Petta on the box office earlier in 2019. The two movies were released on Pongal and were box office hits. Annaatthe is Rajinikanth’s third association with production house Sun Pictures after their hit collaboration in the past with Enthiran and Petta. National Award winning actress Keerthy Suresh, who plays a lead role in the film, told us exclusively, “The shoot of the film is pending. I don’t think I can talk about much about it right now because there’s a long way to go. So, let’s talk about this a little later.” She added, “Yes, I’m playing the lead role…it’s a lead role.” Talking about the characters of Nayanthara, Meena and Khushboo, Keerthy said, “Oh, my God (laughs)! The movies revolves around a sibling relationship and they are playing other characters in it.” Also Read – From Nayanthara to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: Thalaivar Rajinikanth showed his charisma while romancing these younger actresses
