Arsenal player ratings as Aubameyang own goal and Xhaka red sees Burnley earn a 1-0 win

Bukayo Saka – 6

Threatened on the left-hand side and saw a good chance saved by Nick Pope in the second-half.

Alexandre Lacazette – 5

Had fewer successful passes in the Burnley half than every player bar Leno and Gabriel in the first-half, despite playing as a number 10. Denied a goal by an excellent save from Pope in the first-half. Replaced by Ceballos after Xhaka’s red card.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – 5

Had a handful of chances but continued his poor run of form in front of goal and instead gave Burnley the lead, nodding home an own goal from a corner. Arteta’s faith in his captain remains unwavering.
