Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5 Title Revealed, Ghost Return Confirmed


Call of Duty: Mobile season 5 is officially titled In Deep Water and it comes a with new themed event, maps, weapon blueprints, and more. Along with these, the upcoming season will bring back fan-favourite Operator Ghost from the Modern Warfare series.

Sea of Steel Themed Event

In Call of Duty: Mobile’s Sea of Steel event, players will choose to join a faction: Ghosts or the Federation. During the event, players will need to capture territory and earn rewards by completing several daily tasks. The faction with the highest number of map nodes at the end of the event will emerge victorious.

Multiplayer Modes

In Deep Water brings Cranked: Confirmed, which is a mix of Cranked and Kill Confirmed. Players can enter the cranked state to get a combat boost and prevent the timer from running out by getting kills or collecting dog tags. Along with these, the game gets Ground Mission mode that brings five capture points and 10v10 play to Domination.

Multiplayer Maps

Activision has also revealed new multiplayer maps coming in Call of Duty: Mobile season 5, all of which are listed below:

  • Suldal Harbor (5v5, 10v10)
  • Docks (Gunfight)
  • Aniyah Incursion (10v10, Ground Mission, Attack of the Undead)

Season 5 Battle Pass

Call of Duty: Mobile season 5 comes with the new In Deep Water battle pass, which features 50 tiers of new content including Operators, weapon blueprints, functional weapon, charms, Calling Cards, Call of Duty Points, and more. At tier 14 of free as well as premium battle pass, players can unlock the new K9 Unit Operator Skill to summon a trained companion. Other free tier items include the Combat Axe – Lighthouse, Kilo Bolt-Action – Warship, and more. Premium tier items include Merrick and Rorke – Man Hunter, Otter – Backstroke, Roze – Foreshadow, QXR – Close Catch, Ghost-themed BK57 – Counter Stealth Unit, CR-56 AMAX, DR-H – Rebreather, and PP19 Bizon – Devilfish.

Call of Duty: Mobile season 5, In Deep Water, kicks off on June 29 at 5.30 AM IST.
