Catherine Zeta-Jones inundated with well wishes after suffering painful injury at home

Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 51, told fans she has injured her foot while putting her Christmas decorations up yesterday. The Chicago star, who is married to Michael Douglas, shared a video of her foot with a bag of ice on top as she explained what happened.
Detailing her injury, she said: “So, I was putting up my Christmas decorations and an iron rod that is supposed to be a sculpture) which I don’t even like) fell on my foot and it hurts. Happy Sunday.”
The actress went on to caption the post: “Ziplock Zeta foot fashion! Ice ice baby.”
Many of The Darling Buds of May star’s 3.5 million followers flocked to her post to comment.
One user wrote: “Hope you feel better soon.”

The actor died peacefully at home surrounded by his family, including wife Anne.
Confirming the news, Michael wrote on Instagram: “It is with tremendous sadness that my brothers and I announce that Kirk Douglas left us today at the age of 103.
“To the world he was a legend, an actor from the golden age of movies who lived well into his golden years, a humanitarian whose commitment to justice and the causes he believed in set a standard for all of us to aspire to.
“But to me and my brothers Joel and Peter he was simply Dad, to Catherine (Zeta-Jones), a wonderful father-in-law, to his grandchildren and great grandchild their loving grandfather, and to his wife Anne, a wonderful husband.”
