Currys will honour prices of cancelled Black Friday orders: Here's how to claim this week

Retail giant Currys PC World has revealed today (Wednesday December 9) that they will be honouring the promotional Black Friday 2020 prices of orders that were cancelled due to a website glitch.

If you placed an order between November 25 and December 1 and received an e-mail confirmation of purchase but then had the order cancelled then you will be eligible.

The major online and UK high street retail giant said they will be adding a webform to its website by the end of tomorrow (Thursday December 10) for cancelled orders, so affected customers can reach a “speedy resolution”.

Currys PC World said the temporary outage that took place on Black Friday 2020 was caused by the “unprecedented” level of customers shopping on their website.

The retailer also confirmed that gift card transactions and some Order & Collect purchases were affected by the cancellations, but home delivery was not.
