For #EpicDreamsOf21, Samsung visualised an epic shot containing 21 dreams. The idea was to capture an epic master-shot #withGalaxy S21 Ultra 5G that can be cropped out to share individual dreams without loss of detail or quality. This is only possible with a camera that can capture high-resolution images that don’t distort when you zoom in to crop out specific parts, and the Samsung smartphone with its 108MP camera was the perfect choice for the task.

Director’s View

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G comes with a Director’s View feature that lets you unleash the budding videographer hidden inside. With this feature, you can switch seamlessly between the camera’s three lenses when recording a video. That means you can switch between a closeup shot and an ultra-wide shot with a smooth effortless transition. Within Director’s View, Samsung has built-in three different vlogging modes — Split View, Picture-in-Picture, and Single View — to help you frame the videos as you want.

8K Video Snap

One of the most fun and revolutionary camera features of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is the 8K Video Snap. Most of us know that this premium flagship can capture videos with up to 8K cinematic resolution. That’s four times as many pixels as the 4K video that most smartphones can record. But did you know that you can pull out high-resolution images directly from the 8K video you captured? That’s right, you can get images of 33MP resolution right from a video! Samsung calls this feature 8K Video Snap, and it removes the hurdle of choosing between shooting a video or photo, as with this, you can do both.

Portrait mode

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G also brings an excellent Portrait mode feature. Not only does it allow you to see the live preview of your portrait shots, it even allows you to adjust the level of background blur on the fly. You also get different kinds of blur effects that can help make your portrait shots stand out. For example, you can use the high-key mono blur effect to take a black and white portrait shot or use the colour point effect, which retains the subject’s colours while turning the background to black and white.
