[Exclusive] Realme GT Neo2 launching in India; RAM/storage and colour variants revealed | 91mobiles.com


Realme GT Neo2 has been confirmed by the company and is scheduled to launch in China on September 22nd. Now, while we wait for the official unveiling, 91mobiles has exclusively learned from noted tipster Mukul Sharma that the Realme GT Neo2 will be launching in India as well. The tipster has also revealed the RAM and storage variants as well as the colour options that will be available in the country. Interestingly, Mukul says the phone will carry the same moniker in India. For those unaware, the Realme GT Neo was rebranded as Realme X7 Max in India.

Realme GT Neo2 will be available in two models in India: 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB. The phone will be available in Neo Blue and Neo Green colour options.

The Realme GT Neo2 is said to sport a 6.62-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. We can speculate it will have an AMOLED panel and Corning Gorilla Glass layer. The phone is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage that is expandable further. The handset is likely to ship with Android 11 OS based on Realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box.

As for the cameras, the Realme GT Neo2 is said to have triple cameras on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. It is said to have a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with either 50W or 65W fast-charging support.
