Family of Romelu Lukaku's agent threatened over Chelsea transfer

Romelu Lukaku’s agent Federico Pastorello has published a statement amid threats aimed towards his family over his client’s Chelsea transfer. Lukaku’s club-record return to Stamford Bridge was confirmed on Thursday, despite a widespread belief that he’d remain at Inter Milan this summer.
The 28-year-old has rejoined Chelsea on a five-year deal after two seasons at Inter.
He helped the Nerrazzuri lift their first Serie A title in 11 years last term, scoring 24 league goals under former Blues manager Antonio Conte.
After completing his return to England, Lukaku expressed his excitement to help Chelsea build on their continued silverware collection.
He said: “I came here as a kid who had a lot to learn, now I’m coming back with a lot of experience and more mature.
“I have supported Chelsea as a kid and now to be back and try to help them win more titles is an amazing feeling.”
