Giovanni Pernice exposes flirty messages as Strictly fans call for Ranvir Singh romance

In the Strictly Come Dancing 2020 semi-final Giovanni Pernice, 30, and his dance partner Ranvir Singh, 43, performed a Waltz and a Jive in a bid to get through to next week’s final. During their time together on the show, fans have continued to speculate the pair could turn into more than friends due to their on-screen chemistry. But, the dancing duo have continued to laugh off such rumours.

Last night, Giovanni was flooded with messages from fans on Instagram after he performed the Jive wearing a sailor outfit.

In view of his 400,000 followers, he shared a post from a fan which read: “How do I go about getting this under my Christmas tree?”

A second commented: “Who is this man!!! Where can I find him!! Under my Christmas tree hopefully.”

A third joked: “I have a new life plan. Do something which quickly allows me to become a celebrity by 2021.

“Get on Strictly, pair up with his beaut, make him swoon and live happily ever after.”

A fourth shared a video of Giovanni with the caption: “Is it too late to add this to my Christmas list?”

The dancer shared the messages following the pair’s energetic Jive routine, which earned them 18 out of a potential 30 points.

Earlier in the evening, they also performed a Viennese Waltz.

After the routine, Giovanni noticeably cuddled and kissed Ranvir as he praised her for her efforts.

A fourth added: “Honestly don’t blame Ranvir if she ends up with Giovanni at the end of the series, I mean look at him!!! They’ll be one hot couple. #strictly.”
