Halifax is now offering new customers a £100 cash payment - but the offer ends soon
Those in the latter situation won’t be able to get the cash again this time.
Halifax isn’t the only bank to offer a switch incentive at the moment.
At the time of writing, both HSBC and first direct were offering cash payments to eligible switchers.
The former is offering a £125 cash payment, while the latter, digital-based bank pays £100.
Virgin Money is also striving to encourage new customers to switch to the bank by offering a free case of wine.
