The 41-year-old has decided to mark the end of his tennis career by playing for the last time from Team Europe. He is going to have matches alongside Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, and Novak Djokovic. The first match is scheduled to be held between Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.

As for the Leaver Cup 2022, it is led by Swedish maestro Bjorn Borg and includes Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas in Team Europe along with Casper Rudd, who is the youngest in the tournament. On the other hand, the Team World is being captained by John McEnroe, Jack Sock, Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe, Diego Schwartzman, Alex De Minaur, and Felix Auger-Aliassime.

The Laver cup is scheduled to begin on Friday, September 23 and will go on until Sunday, September 25, 2022. The first match of the tournament will begin at 5:00 PM as per the Indian Standard Time (IST). You are not going to see Roger Federer on day one of the tournament. Federer will be seen on the battlefield on day two of the tournament.

The Laver Cup 2022 edition will be streamed in India via the SonyLIV application and website. In order to watch the tournament, you need to have a premium subscription to Sony LIV.
