Jasmine Harman: A Place In The Sun presenter takes swipe at Spice Girls in career chat
Jasmine Harman, 45, has become a firm fan-favourite on Channel 4’s A Place In The Sun, as she shows hopeful buyers around their dream homes somewhere hot and sunny. But while she puts her expertise to the test to find participants their ideal properties, she admitted she had other aspirations when she was younger and thanks to the Spice Girls, anything was possible.
In a recent interview, Jasmine opened up about all things her, from her job, her marriage and how she’s battled the dreaded coronavirus last year.
But on a more light-hearted note, when asked what she wanted to be when she was younger, Jasmine couldn’t help herself and spoke honestly form the heart.
“I wanted to be a vet and in my 20s I wanted to be a singer,” she admitted.
“I thought, ‘Well if the Spice Girls can’t sing and they can make it, them so can I!'”

“I had coronavirus in March before the lockdown. The worst bit I think was the not knowing what it was and what was happening to my body,” she explained to Suffolk Norfolk Life magazine.
“I was ill and worried about my kids incase they caught it, which they did in the end.”
She revealed that white she had all the other symptoms such as coughing and the loss of smell and taste, the scariest one was the breathing difficulties.
“It was excruciatingly painful to yawn or breathe,” she said.
