Jenny Ryan begs Channel 4 to 'sort this out ASAP' after error sparks 'stress headache'

It’s not often you spot spelling and punctuation errors in the title of a TV show, but Jenny Ryan found one and called out Channel 4, begging them to change it. Claiming it was giving her a “stress headache”, The Chase star pleaded with the broadcaster to sort it out as soon as possible, and once she’d pointed it out, other fans agreed.
The show in question was The Windsors; the comedy soap opera based on the Royal Family.
But the well-known name had an unfortunately obvious error slap bang in the middle, which saw it read “Winsdor’s”, with a stray apostrophe added in for good measure.
Taking toTwitterafter stumbling across the mistake, she shared her displeasure with her followers.
“SORT THIS OUT ASAP PLEASE @Channel4 @4oD,” she begged.

“IT’S GIVING ME A STRESS HEADACHE.”
Fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the errors.
“I’ve literally just noticed it says The Winsdor’s. That’s even worse! Not just the unnecessary apostrophe but also misspelled! Oh good lord! Someone should be getting a P45 in the morning,” one complained.
A second agreed: “Sadly, this sort of thing is all too common, I’ve seen a number of similar examples on the B.B.C. website – I know language is always changing, but some things are just WRONG!”
“I do like a comedy that imagines,” a fan laughed.
Jenny responded with despair at the wondering apostrophe: “Looks like we are the ones left to imagine what exactly is that The Winsdor owns.”
Elsewhere, Jenny made a candid admission about her upcoming episode of Supermarket Sweep and how she “hit the deck” a few times.
It comes after the I’m A Celebrity contestants unveiled mishaps they had suffered at work, which brought the memories of filming the show flooding back to the ITV star.
Speaking on the jungle show’s spin-off the Daily Drop, Jenny discussed her own embarrassing experience.
She told host Vick Hope: “I feel great empathy, I now know we’ve got something in common that we often trip over ourselves.
“I’ve hit the deck a few times, it was cut out of my episode of Supermarket Sweep,” she added, hiding her face behind her hands.
In the upcoming episode, viewers will see Jenny and her fellow Celebrity X Factor co-star Megan McKenna take on challenges in a bid to win money for their chosen charities.
I’m A Celebrity continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
