Kate Garraway’s I’m A Celebrity pal Roman Kemp opens up on her heartache ‘Incredibly hard'

Roman also credited online gaming for keeping children in contact with their friends during the coronavirus pandemic.
He explained: “As much as parents say, ‘Make sure you’re not spending too much time on games’, it’s a really nice opportunity for kids to be able to check in on their mates and talk to their mates and have a sense of community whilst everything is going on and not feel alone.”
The star continued: “I feel like I’ve gone through that generation where gaming is almost frowned upon and seen as a waste of time, I don’t think it is, it keeps your brain active, it keeps you creative and games can bring a lot of joy and especially in times like this, why not?
“You’ve got gaming which is stimulating for your mind and you’ve got chocolate that genuinely releases happy hormones, what more do you want?”
Roman Kemp is taking part in the Cadbury Heroes League, a new gaming tournament where he will train his mum to compete against other parents. For the chance to connect with your family over gaming and Cadbury Heroes, visit the Cadbury Instagram page or watch the tournament on Twitch on Saturday.
To enter the competition, chocolate fans in the UK need to tell Cadbury the person they want to connect with on Cadbury UK’sFacebookandInstagrampages.
