Kevin Clifton speaks out on ‘danger’ in Ranvir Singh and Giovanni’s Strictly partnership

Speaking to his sister Joanne Clifton – also a former Strictly pro – and Burn The Floor star, Lauren Oakley, Kevin spoke on the “danger” the couple face.

He said: “It’s a difficult balance between doing the dances you know will get marked better than the others.

“Like if I’m Giovanni and I’m like ‘right, we can either do…’ – in the semi-finals for example – and the producers go, ‘You can either do Waltz and Rumba or Waltz and Samba’. You are going to do Waltz with Ranvir cause you know that she can do it.”

“But at the same time, the danger is that we are seeing a similar dance every week,” he pointed out.
