Lego Star Wars Christmas: Will there be a Lego Star Wars movie after Disney Plus special?

The story follows the events of the original Star Wars movie, in which Chewbacca and Han Solo attempt to visit the Wookiee home planet of Kashyyyk to celebrate Life Day, which is presumably the intergalactic version of Christmas.

The Galactic Empire pursues them, searching for members of the Rebel Alliance, and they meet members of Chewbacca’s family such as his father Itchy, his wife Malla, and his son Lumpy.

All of the main cast featured, such as Luke Skywalker, C-3PO, R2-D2, Darth Vader and Princess Leia.

Sadly the film was not well received, but nevertheless, a second holiday special was created to follow this as a sequel.
