Lewis Hamilton in disagreement with Max Verstappen over Romain Grosjean horror crash

Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen clashed over their opinions on the Bahrain Grand Prix 2020. Romain Grosjean crashed on the first lap in one of the worst incidents in recent memory. His car split in two and melted the metal barrier it collided with as the vehicle was engulfed in flames within moments. Grosjean miraculously managed to walk away from the crash with minor injuries.
Lewis Hamilton disputed Max Verstappen’s verdict on Romain Grosjean’s crash at the Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday, when the Red Bull driver said it shouldn’t be up to drivers to decide whether it was safe to carry on the race after a bad incident.
The Frenchman crashed in the first lap of the race with his car going up in flames within moments.
With a tank full of petrol, the vehicle melted through the metal barrier that Grosjean collided with as his car was split into two.
Miraculously, the 34-year-old emerged from the flames and was taken to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
