Maureen Lipman: Coronation Street star says Gogglebox moment got cut 'Never aired'

“I had seen Gogglebox, although not the celebrity one, and I think I had the wrong idea,” Maureen explained.

“I thought it was going to be something like Front Row on Radio Four.”

She added: “I thought I’d be judging [Pedro] Almodovar films or I’d be talking about the early works of Laurence Olivier. I don’t know what I thought.”

Speaking of filming, Maureen detailed her surprise as she admitted to storming off-set.
