Michael Parkinson: BBC star opens up on emotional family issues 'Was too drunk to realise'

Sir Michael has recently teamed up with his eldest son as they reflect on the BBC host’s life and times.

His new memoir Like Father, Like Son: A Family Story begins from Sir Michael’s childhood and details his own relationship with his late father John William.

The book showcases the influences which shaped his late father, Sir Michael and succeeding generations.
