Nick Kyrgios blasts Novak Djokovic over Australian Open demands with brutal insult
Djokovic has demanded new measures be put in place, the Serb unhappy at having to stay inside his luxury hotel room.
But Kyrgios has now hit out at the 17-time Grand Slam winner, calling him a ‘tool’ on Twitter.
“Djokovic is a tool,” he said on Twitter, sharing a video quote-tweeted by Ben Rothenberg.
“I don’t mind Bernie [Bernard Tomic] but his Mrs obviously has no perspective, ridiculous scenes.”
Djokovic wants fitness and training materials to be made available to all players, while also seeking regular testing.
