December’s second Premium Bonds millionaire is a woman from South Gloucestershire, who has the maximum investment of £50,000.
The winning Bond was purchased in January 2016, and the Bond number drawn was 263SP726460.
She has become the eighth Premium Bonds jackpot winner from Gloucestershire.
There was a total of four people selected for a £100,000 payout this month, while nine have scooped £50,000.
