Sadio Mane angry at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp as he is replaced by Mohamed Salah

Liverpool forward Sadio Mane was not happy at being substituted during his side’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace. The Senegal international had scored one of the Reds’ four goals when he was whisked off on the 57th minute.

Mohamed Salah surprisingly started on the substitutes bench with Takumi Minamino offered a rare start.

The plan was to give the Egyptian a run-out later in the match.

But with the three points already in the bad, Klopp decided to withdraw Mane earlier than planned.

And the 28-year-old was fuming on the pitch when his squad number was shown on the fourth official’s board.

Mane took an age to leave the field and was evidently angry while sat in the stands.

The striker was clearly having fun terrorising Roy Hodgson’s side having set up the first goal and scored the second.

There was definitely more reward there to be had but Klopp called his afternoon short.

Roberto Firmino and Jordan Henderson scored the third and fourth of the afternoon, before Salah set up Firmino for a fifth.
