Strictly finalists show funny side of practice in hilarious blooper reel

Short clips of the dancers who will compete in Saturday’s final shared on social media yesterday show the stars falling, being dropped and accidentally knocked. Bill Bailey, 55, was seen tripping himself up while rehearsing with partner Oti Mabuse, 30. Oti later mistakenly hits Bill in the face before Bill hurts himself as he tries to sit on a chair.

Gorka Marquez, 30, and EastEnder Maisie Smith’s move did not go to plan when she tried to roll over his back.

Maisie, 19, grabbed hold of her partner’s shirt before she tumbled to the ground laughing. And hirt nd singer HRVY, 21, toppled over and brought a green screen crashing down while recording a video.

His professional partner Janette Manrara, 37, looked down at him confused and asked: “What? What happened?”

Another clip showed Clara Amfo, 36, collapsing onto a sofa during a rehearsal break while she was sat beside Aljaz Skorjanec, 30, who turned to the camera with a puzzled expression.

The BBC Radio 1 DJ and her dancing partner left the hit dancing contest last month after Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing, 32, and Karen Hauer, 38, beat them in a dance-off.
