Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is the First New Film that Will Release in Theatres Post Lockdown

The pandemic had forced all businesses to shut down including the business of the movies. Theatres were shut back in March and since then no releases took place on the big screen, releases happened digitally but now, with the theatres reopening again, things are slowly changing for the better. The first new film to release on the big screen post the lockdown will be Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari. The film stars Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Directed by Abhishek Sharma the comedy drama is all set to entertain from November 15, 2020 in a cinema hall near you.

In an interview with a leading new channel, director Abhishek had earlier said, “I’m really thankful to the production house for giving me that push for theatre, even in these times and Inshallah we’ll be the first film to come out in theatres.” Well, looks like dreams do come true.
