Susanna Reid stuns Lorraine Kelly with her age ahead of milestone birthday tomorrow

Susanna Reid, 49, is turning 50 tomorrow and one person who was particularly shocked was her colleague Lorraine Kelly, 60. The GMB presenter’s birthday was outed by co-host Piers Morgan on the show today as Lorraine dialled in to send her best wishes.

Piers said: “Certain birthday coming tomorrow..”

Lorraine interjected: “Honestly, genuinely, I can’t believe tomorrow you [Susanna] are 50, that is ridiculous.”

Piers added: “I thought she was at least 60.”

Susanna protested: “I’m not a day over 49, until tomorrow… When I’ll be over 49.”

He commented: “She can only celebrate with people in her bubble. 

“So it will just be me and Susanna sitting outside with a glass of non-alcoholic something, eating kale, happy 50th everyone.”

Piers also wished his wife a happy birthday yesterday, before adding a backhanded compliment on social media.

The Good Morning Britain star shared a sizzling photograph of wife Celia Walden wearing a fishnet dress as he declared her “The World’s Luckiest Woman”.
