TCL targets at premium segment with C825 Mini LED TV, India launch date set for June 30 – Smartprix Bytes


TCL Mini LED TV is finally coming to India. That’s right, TCL has rolled out media invites for its premium TCL C825 mini-LED TV 4K TV which will be launched in India on June 30, 2021. Of late, TCL has been activily teasing upcoming will catchy lines such as ‘redefine the game’ and ‘Get Ready for Magical connection’. What’s so special about C825 4K Mini LED TV?

TCL C825 4K MINI LED TV Features

The TCL C825 is second-generation mini-LED TV from TCL which was first unveiled at CES 2021. Unlike regular LED TVs mini LED TV’s adopts nano light emitting diodes to deliver better brightness and contrast. TCL’s C825 Mini LED TV also includes Quantum Dot Technology to deliver better colors.

At CES 2021, TCL revealed that the TCL C825 supports HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Vision IQ.


What is Dolby Vision IQ?

Well, it’s a new version of Dolby Vision where content comes with dynamic metadata to optimise Dolby Vision content as per ambient lighting in your room.

The TCL C825 comes with HDMI 2.1 port which make it new-age gaming console ready. It also has features like 120Hz MEMC, VRR and AIPQ Engine With AI SR. The Global version comes with dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ax 2T2R(WIFI 6), Ethernet Network and Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity. The new TV comes with a magnetic split-type camera (4M Pixel) for video conferencing.
