The Game Awards 2022 Will Have More Than 50 Games According to Geoff Keighly

In an interview with VideoGamesFN, Geoff Keighly shared some intriguing details about the event. He first mentioned his fears about insider information and leaks, and then went on to speak about a 50-plus game event. He added that they fortunately have a good record of keeping surprises as a secret till the last minute.

The Game Awards 2022 will be attended by around 1000 fans, who will experience all the theatrics and drama in real time. Geoff has also stated that a live orchestra will be present during the event.

Keighley further revealed that the organizers had to turn down several pitches for game reveals and world premieres for the event to make time. He has also teased teases and reveals from games built on the new Unreal Engine 5.
