Throwback Thursday: When Shah Rukh Khan revealed why he can never work with Akshay Kumar | Bollywood Life

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are two of the biggest stars we have in the industry. They were seen together in Dil To Pagal Hai. In an interview with DNA, SRK was asked about the possibility of working with Akshay again. He said it was unlikely for a very practical reason. “What do I say to this? He added, “I go to sleep when Akshay is waking up. His day starts early. By the time I start working, he is packing up and going home. So he can put in more hours of work. I’m a nocturnal person. The actor added that even if they do a film together, they might not be sharing screen space. He said, “It will be fun to act with Akshay. Dono set pe hi nahin milenge. Woh jaa raha hoga aur main aa raha hounga. (He’ll be leaving the set and I’ll be coming in). Akshay will next be seen in Bell Bottom opposite Vaani Kapoor. The actress was all praise for Akshay. She said, “For me, Akshay sir is a superstar in every possible way. He is such an enthralling actor and I am only grateful to be sharing screen space with him. He is so fascinating as an actor. He can pull off action, comedy, romance, thriller, and be the best in everything.”

She added, “The experience has been so lovely. He couldn’t have been kinder and more wonderful than he was. He is somebody who is very friendly on set. I am someone who would otherwise go back to my hotel room and not interact too much because I like being in my own space. But he is someone who ensured that we all sat together and have lunches/dinners and got to know each other and be involved like a close-knit family.”
