'We ostracised her!' Naga Munchetty reprimanded for being 'pig-headed' bully at school

Naga Munchetty, 46, made a heartfelt admission on her Radio 5 Live show, after admitting she used to be a bully at school. The BBC Breakfast host recalled a time she and her group of friends “ostracised” one of the members, but the way the presenter behaved made her wonder how she could have ever been so “stubborn” and “pig headed” about the situation due to now living through the motto of Be Kind.
It comes after she chatted to a listener about their experiences, which led Naga to recall her own dark moments in the school playground.
“I remember a time when I was in school and a big group of us, a gang of girls, we used to hang around and one of the girls in the group annoyed us,” she explained.
“She’d done something that we weren’t happy with and we all turned-on her.
“We ostracised her and it got to the point where the teacher put us all in a room and she asked if anyone wanted to apologise.”
