A Lip Reader Dishes Meghan Markle’s Words to Prince Harry at the Jubilee

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry showed up at the Queen’s Jubilee weekend — their first appearance with the royal family since their move to California. The couple attended the Queen’s Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral, a super public event filled with cameras. Which, naturally, meant lip readers got to have a MOMENT.

And while the majority or royal conversations over the weekend were truly snooze, The Sun spoke to a lip reader who revealed that Meghan briefly reassured her husband at the event, simply saying “Yeah, will be fine.” Obviously no clue what this was in reference to, but there you have it!

FYI, the Daily Mail also had lip-reading expert Juliet Sullivan do some digging into Meghan and Harry’s convo, which was mostly about logistics regarding the event. Ahem:

Harry: “So when we go…and then we have to… that’s together…”
Megan: “Yes…(nods)…should be fun (laughs).”

Exciting stuff, lol!

Meanwhile, we also have some info about the conversation that took place between the royals on the balcony during Trooping the Colour, and it was…mostly to do with aircraft? Per The Sun’s lip reading expert John Cassidy, Prince Louis, person who stole the show this entire weekend, said “woah, it’s the Red Arrows!” Meanwhile, the Queen also seemed psyched about the fly past, saying “That’s our air force…the Apaches” and adding that they were in a “clever” formation. Oh, and Kate pointed out the decorative smoke to her kids, quite literally musing “See the smoke!”

Pretty sure the royals are well aware that publications have lip readers on hand to decipher their conversations, so they most likely intentionally keep their small talk pretty boring and bare bones—which, fair enough!
