“The first season of Scenic Eclipse through destinations including the Arctic, Antarctica, Central and South America, and the Caribbean was such a resounding success that we knew we had to continue to innovate with our ultra-luxury yacht collection for 2022/23,” said Lisa Bolton, general manager of product at Scenic.

“The world-class design of Scenic Eclipse allows us to explore further and provide our guests with highly personalised experiences,” continued Mr Solly.

“Ensuring full immersion in the culture, nature and wildlife of a destination is what Scenic Eclipse does best.

They also benefit from Scenic’s Deposit Protection Plan.

This means holidaymakers who have paid part, or all, of their cruise deposit and suddenly want to cancel will not lose their money.

Instead, they will be able to use the deposit towards an alternative tour in the future.

However, in order to do so, they must book within 24 months of cancellation.
