The first lady wore the brand’s dress, overcoat and matching mask during the ceremony, marking a return for US designers dressing the administration. The outfit was completed in founder Alexandra O’Neill’s West Village studio. This is the second outfit the first lady has worn from a New York-based designer: Biden wore Jonathan Cohen and Kamala Harris donned Pyer Moss in yesterday’s ceremonies.
