Holidaymaker claims a 'Snickers bar' can help keep you warm when camping in winter

“If you don’t want to sleep with clothes on, keep your base layer in the sleeping bag with you, anyway. It’ll be nice and warm when you put it on the next day. Damp clothes can also be dried this way.”
Another holidaymaker suggested making the most of any hot water supplies you may have.
“Fill a water bottle with hot water. Stick it in a sock and stuff under your fleece or in the bottom of the bag for your feet,” they explained.
Others recommended insulating your tent.
