Kate Middleton continues blue theme with ‘regal’ dress for final day in Scotland

Kate Middleton and Prince William arrived at the Closing Ceremony of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland this aftenoon as they marked the final day of their Scotland tour. For the occasion, the Duchess wore a stunning blue coat-dress and special jewellery.
Although not a popular set in her jewellery collection, the Duchess has worn it a handful of times since.
Little is known about the piece and it is thought to be part of a stunning set.
Known for her expensive taste in jewellery, the Duchess added a £1,400 necklace to the look.
The 18ct gold pendant necklace by London-based jewellery Kiki McDonough featured a blue topaz stone as its centre.
Kate also had her hair in a half-up, half-down style, with voluminous beach waves.
For makeup, the Duchess carried on her simple look, with brown eyeshadow and peach blush.
She tied the look together with a nude lip.
The visit from the couple marked the end of their Scotland tour that they have been on together since Monday.
Earlier today, the Cambridge’s took part in a game of tennis this afternoon in the Lawn Tennis Association Youth programme in Edinburgh.
For the occasion, Kate went for a more casual outfit, with a Ralph Lauren sweater and £55 Superga trainers.
