Kate Middleton given £60,000 bespoke jewellery set from Prince Charles for sweet reason

“Judging from the images, I estimate the value of these earrings to be £15,000 and the bracelet to be £45,000.”

The jewellery set was given shortly after the wedding as Prince Charles welcomed Kate into the Royal Family.

She showed her appreciation by wearing the collection for a very important outing.

The pieces held significance as the Duchess chose to wear them for her first ever solo royal engagement six months after her wedding.

Anna continued: “Notably and rather appropriately, Kate wore these in October 2011 when she stood in for her father-in-law Prince Charles which was her first solo event.”
